Nigeria crashes out of tournament



Nigeria’s Super Falcons have smashed out from the 2019 Women’s World Cup on Saturday evening, June 22, in the wake of losing 3-0 against Germany in their round of 16 experiences. Super Falcons were fortunate to have made it to this round as they profited being the best failures and the desire for all Nigerians was for them to take off against the Germans But they were unfit to do as such and even surrendered two objectives in this match in the primary half against Germany.

Nigeria had the main possibility in this game through Francisca Ordega who crushed in a sublime shot in the second minutes, yet goalkeeper Almuth Schult spared it. After five minutes, Germany got their very own opportunity to score when Svenja Huth gave a decent help to Lina Magull, yet she couldn’t beat Super Falcons goalie Chiamaka Nnadozie. Germany, in the long run, scored their first objective in the twentieth moment through an eminent header by Alexandra Popp as she profited by Lina Magull’s corner.

The Germans got their second objective in the 27th moment by means of a punishment which was scored by Sara Daebritz and even Nigerian defender Evelyn Nwabuoku was given a yellow card. Super Falcons hoped to change the game in the second half, however, the Germans were so solid for them scoring another goal to make it 3-0 through Lea Schuller in the 82nd moment.
